A little about my career path: Began my career as process control engineer for a large manufacturing company

Had the opportunity to move into leadership position for an engineering group

Leveraged my engineering education and leadership skills to hold other leadership positions for engineering/maintenance organizations, operations, and now leading a large worldwide manufacturing operation.

My vision for the future is to bring in new products in new industries into the factories for which I am responsible.

Ask me about: My early career in process control engineering - pneumatics, analog electronics, and assembler code might seem like the stone age now

Why I pursued a management/leadership career

Working for a large company vs. a small company
