The Young Scholars Summer Research Program is a 10-week research program for undergraduates hosted by the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at CU Boulder. This highly selective program helps students prepare for graduate school and a career in research through intensive practice and professional development.
Two CBEN majors from the class of 2013 created quite the compound this year—they got married! Benjamin Mead and Katy Abel tied the knot this past summer. Currently they are happily working in the biotechnology industry in Boston—but do miss the milder Boulder winters.
