Instrument Shop Supervisor

- Meet with Graduate students and professors to provide input on Instrument design and fabrication
- Design and build scientific instruments for the laboratories to meet research and teaching needs of the Dept.
- Supervise Electronics Shop staff
- Facilitate coordination between both shops on projects requiring electro-mechanical functions
- Maintain and keep shop equipment, technology, software up to date and in good working order
- Schedule work to deliver projects on time
- Keep detailed records of shop income and expenses
