Professor Hendrik Heinz has been appointed as an associate editor and member of the editorial board of the New Journal of Chemistry. The role involves handling of 300 manuscript submissions per year from pre-screening to peer review and acceptance for publication. This high-impact, peer-reviewed monthly journal is owned by the French National Center for Scientific Research and published by the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK). The New Journal of Chemistry publishes high-quality, original and significant work that opens new directions in chemistry and in related scientific disciplines.
Heinz also remains an associate editor for RSC Advances until the end of 2017, a role he assumed in 2015.
