Hike in Boulder (Centennial Trail Head)
9:30 am: GreenRide shuttle departs from Homewood Suites and will drop off at the Centennial Trail Head
Faculty and current graduate students will meet you at the trailhead. From there you will break out into smaller groups depending on the hike you choose to do (there are several options).
How to prepare: Trail conditions will likely be a combination of snowy, muddy, and dry. We suggest layers as temperatures will vary throughout the day, and shoes with good traction!
After the hike, enjoy lunch around Boulder. The faculty and graduate students attending the hike will be joining you and can provide recommendations! Transportation to lunch and back to Homewood Suites (if you’re staying Saturday evening) is your responsibility, but we will reimburse you for any associated cost.
Meow Wolf Denver
9:15 am: GreenRide shuttle departs from Homewood Suites and will drop you off at the entrance of Meow Wolf.
The faculty and current graduate students that will be joining you will meet you at the entrance and they will have your tickets.
You can choose to explore Denver or Boulder for lunch options. Transportation to lunch and back to Homewood Suites (if you’re staying Saturday evening) is your responsibility, but we will reimburse you for the cost (please use the RTD buses or a ride share service).
Indoor Climbing at Movement Boulder
9:30 am: GreenRide shuttle departs from Homewood Suites and will drop you off at Movement
An email will be sent to everyone participating in this event that contains important information about this activity. Please make sure to review and complete the waiver that’s included in that email prior to this event. Movement will take care of all needed rental gear and will have an instructor available to provide guidance.
After climbing, enjoy lunch around Boulder. The faculty and graduate students attending the hike will be joining you and can provide recommendations! Transportation to lunch and back to Homewood Suites (if you’re staying Saturday evening) is your responsibility, but we will reimburse you for any associated cost.
Indoor Soccer Game @ CU Rec Center
