It is intended to address issues of department culture, leadership and policy, as well as constructive feedback, both positive and areas of needed improvement. Your submission will be received by two members of the Climate Committee, including the chair. Once submitted, the content will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate department officer or committee to address, as appropriate (i.e. a concern about a course will be directed to the associate chair for education, who will then contact the faculty member of the course to resolve the issue). Because submissions are anonymous, we cannot report back about the outcome, but we do address every message that is received and work to find a solution.
