Xi Wang Receives CARTSS Award

Xi will receive $750 in Graduate Student Funds from the Center to Advance Research and Teaching in the Social Sciences in support of her project entitled "Power Struggle: Assessing the Dynamics and Effects of Electricity Sector Planning in China".
