Please join us on Zoom for a talk by art historian and essayist Susan Tallman. An expert in prints and print culture, Susan will contextualize the rich productions of Shark's Ink in relation to American printmaking. 

Susan Tallman has written extensively on contemporary art, the history of prints, and aspects of authenticity. A regular contributor to The New York Review of Books among other publications, she has authored and co-authored many books and museum catalogues for institutions including the National Gallery, the British Museum, and the Museum of Modern Art. Most recently she was the co-author of No Plan At All: How the Danish Printshop of Niels Borch Jensen Redefined Artists Prints for the Contemporary World. Educated at Wesleyan and Columbia Universities, she currently lives in Massachusetts and Berlin.
