Maciej joined the Computer Science department in the Fall of 2017. He earned his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University in 2007 and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2012. Between finishing his studies and returning to academia, Maciej worked in a number of industry roles. Most recently he was a Firmware Engineer at Seagate, designing controller firmware for digital storage devices.
Maciej is passionate about teaching the fundamentals of CS to the diverse body of undergraduate students at CU Boulder. His goal is to provide his students with a solid foundation in CS concepts while imparting knowledge of software industry tools in the process.
