This partially-completed form was sent to your student/parent for their review & signature. Once they review & sign the form, it will be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid for processing.

Your student/parent has 35 days to review and sign the form. If not completed in 35 days, the info you provided will expire and you'll need to submit the form again. Emails reminding you to complete the form are sent every 10 days until the info expires.

Check the Status of your Form

Only continuing students and incoming students who have been admitted can view their to-do list with status updates in Buff Portal by following these steps:

• Navigate to Financial Aid card
• Select the the school year in the drop-down that you wish to view
• Open the to-do Item you would like to see a status on

While we are waiting for your student/parent to review and sign, the status will be Signature Required.
