Is someone helping pay your tuition and fees?

In Buff Portal, students can give up to five people access to CUBill&Pay to view and pay the tuition bill. Learn more about authorized payers.

April 9: Spring 2026 tuition and fee bills will be available online

Spring bills for new and/or unpaid charges will be available on Thursday, April 9. Payment will be due on May 5. View payment options.

April 20: Summer 2026 payment plans are available

Pay tuition and fees over the course of the semester by signing up for a payment plan.

May 5: Payment for tuition and fees is due

Payment for new and/or unpaid charges is due in full unless you’ve signed up for a payment plan. View payment options.

Spring 2026

Apr. 24 (Fri.): Spring 2026 last day to apply for COF or submit a COF lifetime limit extension request
May 1 (Fri.): Fall 2025 last day to appeal tuition 
May 1 (Fri.): Spring 2026 last day to authorize COF
May 1 (Fri.): Summer 2026 last day to submit a petition for Colorado residency

2027-28 CU Boulder Scholarships

The 2026-27 CU Boulder Scholarship Application is now closed. The application for Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 opens on Dec. 1, 2026. Some applications are due as early as Feb. 15. The general application is due Mar. 15 by 11:59 p.m. (MT). Learn more >>

2026-27 Tuition and Fees

Tuition, fee and on-campus housing rates for 2026–27 will be published by June 1 after they are approved by the Board of Regents and finalized by Budget, Fiscal and Planning.
