Current students can track the status of their documents in Buff Portal. In your list of Holds/To-Do's, each to-do item has “status” listed near the bottom.

Statuses you may see include:

  • Initiated – Your action is required. Please complete this request at your earliest convenience.
  • Incomplete – Your action is required. We've received some information, but it was insufficient to fulfill the request. If the To-Do List item’s description does not provide a reason for the incomplete status or outline your next steps, please check your email for more information or contact us.
  • Received/Processing – We've received a document/additional information, but have not completed a full review to determine whether that information fulfills this request. (Please note: we may be waiting on additional information from you. In most cases, we need all To-Dos items completed in order to move forward).
  • Complete – The request has been satisfied.
  • Waived or Cancelled – We no longer need this information from you.
