Nicole Civita was featured on the Virginia Public Media podcast Social Distance Assistance

The new podcast is by a mother/public radio producer, Kelly Jones, and her 8 year old daughter, June — together they follow Mr. Rodgers’s advice to look for the helpers, they interview creative problem solvers who are trying to make life better during the COVID-19 crisis, and explore how to help the helpers.

Kelly & June were so interested in essential food system workers and how to protect them that they did an extended special episode on Cultivating Resilience in the Food System (https://megaphone.link/VPM3027219343). Nicole discusses food ethics and to responds to a listener question about whether it is ethical to use grocery delivery services (near the 44 minute mark — but the whole episode is great!).
