Assistant Dean for Organizational Development, Culture and Equity

Monique McCloud is Assistant Dean for Organizational Development, Culture and Equity for the College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS). Monique serves as the HR leader for CEAS, provides strategic leadership of staff by identifying and implementing organizational development initiatives, and is responsible for leading and partnering in the design of the college’s DEI strategy as it relates to the 250+ staff and 300+ faculty across CEAS. As part of the Dean’s leadership team, she also serves as an advisor, consultant, and key partner for campus-wide initiatives related to the HR and Culture communities at CU Boulder, on behalf of CEAS.
