Make a Nomination
To make a nomination for the 2026 awards, gather the following materials and submit your nomination online by Nov. 15:
Distinguished Engineering Alumni Award
- Nomination letter (written by nominator) - DEAA Nomination Letter Template
- 1-5 additional letters of support - DEAA Supporting Letter Template
- Nominee’s resume, CV, or biographical summary
- Optional additional attachments (articles, list of patents, supplemental biography, etc.)
Recent Alumni Award
- Nomination letter (written by nominator) - RAA Nomination Letter Template
- 1-3 additional letters of support - RAA Supporting Letter Template
- Nominee’s resume or CV
- Optional additional attachments (articles, list of patents, supplemental biography, etc.)
