Laura Garza, M.S.

Laura serves as Assistant Director for Engineering Career Hub Advising, supporting students in navigating career pathways within STEM fields. Laura supervises the Engineering Career Advisors and Peer Career Coaches and provides specialized career advising for CU Engineering international students. 

Laura's professional background includes career services leadership roles at the University of North Texas in both the College of Engineering and the College of Science. She is also a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, having served as an active duty member, reservist, DoD contractor, and DoD civilian.

Laura earned a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Troy University and B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
