Jessica is the HR Coordinator who works on HR items related to faculty and is the main OFA liaison in the college. She helps primarily with faculty processes that are started at the unit level and ensures that proper college and campus approvals are met before they are moved forward.
Important tasks Jessica can support with:
- Faculty job postings
- Faculty offer letters and addendums, including instructor reappointments
- Leadership, endowed, and fellowship offers
- Faculty evaluations and post tenure review
- Faculty leaves, including sabbaticals and differentiated workloads
