Emily Flanagan

Emily serves as Assistant Director of Budget and Finance for the CEAS Dean’s Office, supporting the operational effectiveness of more than a dozen departments and programs across the college. She leads college budget preparation and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis, payroll and HCM management, and oversees key financial transactions. Emily recruits, trains, and supervises staff within the Dean’s Office administration and the CEAS Finance Service Center, ensuring high-quality procurement and financial reporting support. As a key member of the CEAS Finance team, she partners daily with departments and campus units to ensure accurate, efficient, and strategic financial operations.
