Career Path
Irene Diep (MEngrMgmt’18) has 13 years of experience in leading cross-functional collaboration (manufacturing, warehouse, transportation, supply chain planning, and sales) to improve customer service and execute process and people change projects. She has 11 years of experience in leading Employee Resource Groups to build awareness, develop talent, and increase community impact. She earned a BS in Manufacturing Engineering, ME in Engineering Management; and a LSS Green Belt. Diep is currently an ERP Project Manager at PepsiCo.
Contributions to the Engineering Management Program over the past year
Since Diep graduated, the EMP has requested her support several times. Diep has been an integral part of promoting our program, which has helped EMP attract new students. In the past she has provided testimonials for our program to engage prospective and current students. She was recently a member of our newly formed Industry Advisory Council for the EMP.
