Required Notification & Professional Licensure
As a prospective or continuing student at the University of Colorado Boulder, you have a right to certain information that the university is required by law to provide. Much of that information is safety related or financial in nature, but other broad categories are included such as graduation rates, athletics, and the various costs associated with attending CU Boulder. You can review these required disclosures, and instructions on who to contact to obtain more information, by visiting the Student Right To Know.
Professional Licensure
While the MSEE does not specifically lead to licensure in the field of Engineering, it is possible that the degree may count toward licensing requirements in some states. If you are planning to seek professional licensure or certification, it is strongly recommended that you contact the appropriate licensing entity in the state in which you are located or plan to locate to in order to seek information and guidance regarding licensure or certification requirements.
