Take The Next Step
Join CU Boulder, where our centers and institutes are pushing scientific boundaries, creating innovative technologies, and exploring new frontiers in space and here on Earth. Recent projects include:
- OSIRIS-REx: Radio science leads for asteroid sample return mission
- MinXSS CubeSat: Project earned American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Small Sat Conference Mission of the Year Award.
- SABL: Space Automated Bioproduct Lab microbe incubator now in use aboard ISS

Our research and educational programs will soon have a new home. We are planning an 83,000 sq ft dedicated aerospace building and hope to break ground in 2017. The CU Boulder College of Engineering and Applied Science is also welcoming a new dean, former NASA Chief Technologist Bobby Braun. His leadership promises to further grow our culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in aerospace and across the spectrum of engineering disciplines.
