• Acumen Global Fellows: The Acumen Global Fellows Program trains the next generation of social impact leaders. Gain world-class leadership training. Serve in the field with a social enterprise.
• AIESEC International: (pronounced EYE-sek) is a student-managed, not-for-profit educational organization which sends students on paid internships overseas in almost 100 countries.
• American College of the Mediterranean Partner Pathways Full-Tuition Scholarship offers full-tuition scholarship spots for its graduate programs per academic year for alumni from IAU partner institutions.

• American-Scandinavian Foundation: Offers paid internships in Scandinavia in engineering, teaching English as a foreign language, business, and agricultural fields.
• Amigos de Las Americas is an international, non-profit organization with over 40 years experience in sending students to Latin America for summer public health projects.
• The Aspire Leaders Program welcomes low-income, first-generation college students and recent graduates around the world to participate in a free online immersive leadership journey.
• Bridge: For over two decades, Bridge-Linguatec has been sending language students, international volunteers, and English teachers to every corner of the globe. 
• BUNAC (British Universities North America Club): Offers work abroad programs in Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, and provides short-term work visas.
• The Carter Center Internship Program: Listed as one of the top internship programs in the U.S. by the Princeton Review. Features Peace, Health, and Operations Programs. It was founded in 1982 by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. The Center is committed to advancing human rights and alleviating unnecessary human suffering.
• CIEE Business and Marketing Internship provides a paid, 12-week internship at a CIEE Center in one of the 20+ cities worldwide.
• Comunidad Connect was started by CU Boulder and Study Abroad alumnus Roman Yavich. VolunTourists can stay with Nicaraguan host families, take Spanish classes, and work alongside Nicaraguans in areas such as construction, education, arts, and sports.
• Concordia Language Villages: A summer language and cultural immersion program that is always looking for counselors and other staff positions with language skills in one of the fourteen languages their camps feature.
• Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX): The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) for Young Professionals is a full-year work-study scholarship program with a strong focus on cultural exchange. CBYX annually provides 75 young Americans with an understanding of everyday life, education, and professional training in Germany. The program begins in July and includes two months of intensive German language training in Germany (no prior German language knowledge required), four months of classroom instruction at a German university or college of applied sciences, and a five-month internship in a participant’s career field.
• Cultural Vistas: Cultural Vistas offers an array of personalized and enriching professional internship and training programs. Cultural Vistas' internships abroad programs provide customized summer and year-long internship placements tailored to students' specific skill sets, ambitions, and career aspirations.
• DAAD: This website helps students, researchers and faculty in the USA and Canada to study or research in Germany. The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is a publicly-funded independent organization of higher education institutions in Germany. 
• Earthwatch Institute engages people worldwide in scientific field research and education to promote the understanding and action necessary for a sustainable environment.
• Engineers Without Borders is a non-profit organization for engineering students and professionals aimed at helping developing countries with their engineering needs through sustainable development projects.
• Entremundos: Entremundos is an organization dedicated to strengthening the development of Guatemala. Volunteer and internships available.
• Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degrees: An Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD), is a prestigious, integrated, international study programme, jointly delivered by an international consortium of higher education institutions.
• France Internships offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in government and public service.
• French Cultural Services offers French Government scholarships and grants for American students who want to study, research or intern in France.
• Fulbright: The Fulbright program is a prestigious teaching, research, and study grant intended to further international cooperation and understanding. OIE welcomes proposals for projects in any Fulbright country and offers assistance to students who are in the process of application or have been accepted. • Global Volunteers: This site lists both low-cost volunteering opportunities and local businesses.
• GoAbroad.com Internships: A comprehensive search engine for internships abroad.
• GO MAD Internships: Make a Difference offers a great internship program where students from all over the world can work abroad with their local staff. The Make a Difference Global Internship Program is designed to broaden the experience of individuals embarking on professional careers. Minimum of three months to maximum one-year commitment. 
• Gradschools.com: a search engine for grad schools around the world.
• Humanity in Action Fellowship: The Humanity in Action Fellowship brings together international groups of university students and recent graduates to explore national histories of discrimination and resistance, as well as examples of issues affecting different minority groups today.
• IASTE (International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience): Provides internships for juniors, seniors, or graduate students in the physical sciences, engineering, architecture, math, computer sciences, and natural sciences. 
• IBCR: The International Bureau for Children’s Rights (IBCR) is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) based in Montreal, Canada. IBCR’s mission is to contribute to the promotion and protection of the rights of the Child as laid out in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, an international legal instrument adopted by the UN in 1989 and now ratified by 193 countries.Idealist.org is an independent organization committed to assisting people in finding volunteer, work and teaching positions abroad. They have info on 20,000 volunteer organizations in 125 countries.
• InterAction is a non-governmental organization with members in every developing country, their mission is to provide aid and assistance to impoverished peoples. They have 165 nonprofit US-based organizations working overseas.
• InterExchange: Offers positions in Europe, including skilled and unskilled summer jobs, internships, au pair positions, and teaching English.
• International Volunteer Programs Association (IVPA) is a US-based professional association for administrators of volunteer abroad programs. IVPA sets standards for volunteer abroad programs. The IVPA website lists programs for volunteering abroad that adhere to the IVPA standards. 
• i-to-i offers unique travel and work experiences for people of all ages, from all backgrounds. Offers a wide variety of volunteer experiences throughout the world, along with quality TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) training.
• Lafayette Fellowship: A new graduate scholarship in France for tomorrow’s leaders, open to students across STEM, humanities, social sciences, and the arts, with an interest in addressing global challenges in a French-American context.
• The Mountbatten Program offers an opportunity for students to live, work, and study in London for a year after graduating.
• Marshall Scholarship: These funds are available for studies towards a degree in the United Kingdom.
• Middlebury Language Schools helps you improve language proficiency in just one summer.
• Monbusho (Japanese Government) Research Scholarships: One and a half or two year research grants for study in the humanities, social or natural sciences at a Japanese university. No previous Japanese required, but must be willing to study the language on-site. Must be a U.S. citizen, a university or college graduate and under 35 years of age. Grant covers transportation to and from Japan, tuition and fees, living allowance and accommodations. For more information, contact the Asian Languages and Civilizations Department.
• Omprakash: A site that connects volunteers with grassroots organizations around the world. 
• Peace Corps: Representing the rich diversity of the American people, Peace Corps Volunteers range in age from college students to retirees. Every Peace Corps Volunteer's experience is different. From teaching English to elementary school children in Zambia to launching a computer learning center in Moldova to promoting HIV/AIDS awareness in South Africa to working on soil conservation in Panama, volunteers bring their skills and life experiences to where they are needed most.  
  • CU Chapter of the Peace Corps sends volunteers to over 70 countries worldwide. Volunteers learn the local language, help with environmental engineering, teach children, assist in starting small businesses, and educate people on health and the spread of diseases.  
• ProFellow: Fellowships are short-term, competitive, funded opportunities to do something exceptional. ProFellow serves as the go-to source of information on professional and academic fellowships, many of which are international.
• The Rhodes Scholarship: For students with impressive grades and leadership who would like to study at Oxford University in the UK.
• SIT Graduate Institute: The SIT Graduate Institute is a nonprofit, accredited graduate school that offers master’s degrees and graduate level certificates and professional development programs.
• The U.S. Department of State's Student Programs: Offers a variety of programs for students, from summer clerical positions to internships to management fellowships, overseas or in Washington D.C.
• The US-Ireland Alliance Scholarship is a competitive scholarship for study in Ireland.
• VoluntarItaly: Opportunity for summer volunteering in Italy for students with an intermediate to advanced level of Italian.
• Volunteer Adventure Corps: is located in Cape Town, South Africa. Participants of this unique South African program receive a customized professional internship placement, career mentorship and access to weekly cultural events in a vibrant international city.
• Volunteer Latin America: A site that lists free and low-cost volunteering opportunities in Latin America.
• Volunteer Forever lists hundreds of volunteer opportunities and program reviews. They also offer advice for financing your experience through fundraising.
• Volunteer Thailand: Volunteer Thailand provides volunteer opportunities in the field of childcare, medical internship, and teaching.
• World Endeavors provides volunteer, intern, and study abroad programs in several countries around the world.
• WWOOF is a world wide network exchange that helps people to share more sustainable ways of living through linking people who want to volunteer on organic farms or smallholdings with people who are looking for volunteer help. WWOOF volunteers do not pay for their stay, neither are they paid for their services. The diversity of hosts available offers a large variety of tasks and experiences.
