Summer Stand-alone (Full-Time) Research
These programs take place in the summer and offer an immersive research experience in various types of labs related to science, engineering, psychology, statistics and more! Programs are generally about 8+ weeks long. See these options:
Part-Time Research

Research can be offered as an optional experience on many programs, or you might be able to choose between a research project and an internship, as is the case with many SIT programs. See the full list of options here, and a few examples below:

Research Credit
Refer to the following information for general approvals for research credit. If you are hoping to get credit for your major, minor or degree requirements, you will need to complete the appropriate Credit Evaluation Form to have the coursework evaluated by your academic department.
