eRA

Electronic Research Administration (eRA)

CU Boulder's electronic research administration application (eRA) offers research administrators the ability to manage proposals and awards, while also granting faculty and staff greater visibility into what is happening during the proposal and award stages of their projects.

TOPAZ Elements

TOPAZ Elements

TOPAZ Elements is the electronic research administration system used for the animal research program. Learn how to submit an animal research protocol, amendment(s), interim review(s), renewal(s), and how to order animals via Topaz.

DEPA

Disclosure of External Professional Activities (DEPA)

Projects and protocols submitted to the Office of Grants and Contracts or to the IRB cannot receive approval until an annual DEPA is submitted, reviewed and approved. DEPA forms must be submitted between January 15 and March 31 of each year, as well as any time circumstances change.

Visual Compliance (Concur) travel system

Visual Compliance (Concur)

In January 2016, the University of Colorado implemented the Concur Travel Approval process for all international travel. Please use the Visual Compliance online software application to ensure the conduct of your activities abroad are in compliance with U.S. government regulations.
