More recently, he has been developing a project on the persuasive capabilities of large language models (LLMs).

Professor Sridharan has wide-ranging teaching interests and regularly offers undergraduate and graduate courses on gender, race, epistemology, and AI ethics. He also supervises dissertations, masters theses, and senior honors theses, especially on topics relating to justice and equality.

Before coming to CU, Professor Sridharan was a Law and Philosophy post-doc at UCLA, as well as an affiliate member at its Critical Race Studies program. He received his PhD from the University of Southern California and his JD from Stanford Law School. Outside of the academy, he worked for over a decade with organizations and organizers on issues relating to poverty, good governance, and international human rights.
