Heather Demarest has been awarded an ASSETT Faculty Fellowship for three semesters, beginning this spring of 2021. Her goal is to develop standards for teaching excellence that are fair, transparent, and based in empirical research. She will consult with faculty in philosophy as well as in other departments as she develops philosophy-specific teaching standards for the Philosophy Department.
