I’m thrilled to welcome you back to a more traditional in-person experience at the College of Music, and what better way to celebrate than coming together for the Warner Imig Music Building dedication ceremony and open house on Sept. 17. Festivities will begin at 11 a.m. on the southeast side of our building and you’re invited! Join us as we celebrate our completed expansion and tour the new space while enjoying performances, rehearsals, presentations and refreshments alongside other members of our community. I’ll see you there!”

• Our American Music Research Center is breaking ground with its innovative Soundscapes of the People project, a comprehensive research effort in collaboration with local community stakeholders to document, preserve and engage with diverse musical and cultural influences in and around Pueblo, Colorado. The research team aims to address the lack of representation and inclusion in the history of Southern Colorado culture.
