Bio
Rose Leeger (she/her) is a PhD student working with Dr. Cassandra Brooks researching how Southern Ocean fisheries can be best understood and managed. Her project analyzes the Antarctic toothfish and understanding life history parameters to better inform international fisheries and management. As a CCAMLR scientific scholarship recipient, she is able to participate in annual working group meetings on fish stock assessments within the Southern Ocean.
Research Interests

B.S. Marine Biology, Environmental Science, and Biology from Nova Southeastern University 2023.
