The associate dean for faculty advancement reports to the Dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Science and is responsible for providing leadership as well as oversight of the programs that support faculty professionals across career stages (early, mid, late) and in their core missions. In this capacity, the associate dean for faculty advancement shall obtain and allocate necessary resources to these programs so as to ensure their quality, maintain compliance and be responsive to the needs of the college faculty.
