HRP-502: TEMPLATE - Consent Document and HRP-503: TEMPLATE - Protocol have been updated. Please ensure that you are using the most current version.

The CITI website will be inaccessible on July 29 - August 1 due to a major software update. The IRB strongly advises that you complete any renewals for expired certification <strong>BEFORE</strong> this scheduled downtime and that you retain a digital copy of your completion report to attach to your study.

The IRB Office will have modified business hours on Wednesday, July 17.

On May 1, 2013 a new set of IRB Policies & Procedures went into effect.

The HRP-212: FORM - Continuing/Final Review Progress Report was updated. Please ensure that you use this version moving forward.

Please be aware that the CITI registration requirements for the CU Boulder campus have changed. All new users who affiliated with CU Boulder in the CITI database must either have an Employee ID or a Person of Interest Number.

To better direct incoming calls the main IRB Office telephone line (303-735-3702) now features an automated menu which allows you to select the IRB staff member who can best address your questions and concerns.

On November, 20 2012 the HRP-212: FORM - Continuing/Final Review Progress Report was updated to remove the SMC report requirement for all studies conducted at the CTRC.

The new meeting dates and submission deadlines for 2013 have been posted.
