Informed Consent and Protocol Templates Updated

The IRB has updated the following templates:

  1. HRP-502 - TEMPLATE - Consent Document - The template has been updated with further instructional guidance. 
  2. HRP-503 - TEMPLATE - Protocol - The template has been updated to include a new section for investigators to explain funding.
