The Department of Theatre & Dance is committed to Broader Impacts through:
- creative platforms that scaffold community partner needs;
- collaborations that engage students, faculty, and local, national, and international stakeholders; and
- transdisciplinary curriculum building across the state of Colorado.
Our outreach and engagement programs weave performance with process, utilizing live performance and workshop experiences for innovation, community-building, empowerment, and social justice work. THDN provides opportunities to see live performance, while also revealing the multi-level process of creating performance work. We serve a range of communities, including K-12, retirement, differently abled, and underserved arts communities.
