COIC REPORTING AND DEPA SUBMISSION

The annual DEPA reporting period is January 15 to March 31. Updates should be added throughout the year, as necessary. Employees and students new to CU Boulder should submit a DEPA within 30 days of their official start date. Note, proposal submissions, new or continuing speedtype approvals, and release of funding will be delayed if current DEPAs are not on file for faculty and other research personnel.  To better prepare, a sample of the DEPA form is available.  Click here for more information and access to the DEPA.
