Revised 10/25/2021
As many of you are aware, this is the first catalog to feature program content that's fully integrated with our curriculum inventory management system (CIM). The last phase of that project, commonly referred to as CIM for programs, wrapped up in late September 2021.
To make sure users were comfortable with the new integration, we slightly delayed the start of program page review so you could attend one of our vendor-led training sessions:
- Monday, Nov. 1, 2–3 p.m.
- Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2:30–3:30 p.m.
These sessions provided a high-level overview of the curriculum update and approval process from the perspective of a catalog reviewer, including how to:
- Locate curriculum records in CIM
- Submit revisions for existing programs
- Navigate CIM's automated review and approval workflow
- Approve submitted revisions
To view a recording of the last of those training sessions, click the button below.
The catalog team hosted one-on-one virtual catalog working sessions by appointment on select dates in November and early December.
