Updated Fall 2020 Business Hours

Switching Fall 2020 Sections, Recitations or Labs

After Sept. 9, department admins must request a course change (including a drop forward or drop back) by submitting an online special action form to the Office of the Registrar. If the department tries to make the change, the student will be assigned W grades.

Fall 2020 Graduate Program Change & IUT Deadline

The deadline to submit all Fall 2020 graduate program changes and intra-university transfers (IUTs) is Wednesday, Sept. 9. We will not process any fall program changes after that date.

Fall 2020 COF Late-Add Processing

If you add an undergraduate student to a class after Friday, Sept. 11 (census), please remember to ask them whether they're receiving COF. If they are, submit our late-add survey by Dec. 14 to document the reasons for the late add.

No-Credit Option Removed from Student Self-Service

Under the new process, students wanting to take a class for no credit must first register for the class, then submit an OnBase form requesting a change to no credit. Existing processes for community and senior auditors are unaffected.

Reminder: Grade Replacement Request Form Required
