Downloading files

The files used in the practicals and presentations are available for browsing and download at https://ibg.colorado.edu/cdrom2023/. Files are sorted both by faculty name, and by the session time and title.

All of the files can be downloaded in a single zip file, sorted by either name or session. The zip files are about 3GB in size and expand to 4.5GB when unzipped. Both zips contain the same files, they are just arranged differently.

Participants in the 2023 course were sent an email with a unique link to download their personal files.

  • Instructions for downloading and installing R are available on the R-Project home page.
  • RStudio is available from Posit. The Workshop used the free version of RStudio.
