IBG internal documents, including administrative files, bylaws, policies, consent forms, committee rosters, previous grant proposals, and other administrative documents are housed on the IBG Internal Documents Sharepoint site (also linked above). Access is restricted to IBG students, faculty, and employees. Certain files or folders may have additional restrictions. Login with your CU Identikey to access the site. Computing Related

• Data Access. Instructions for obtaining access to IBG data are on the data access wiki page.
• Change the password used to access IBG File shares and IBG email. Web based password change with Roundcube can be used even if you do not use Roundcube for email
• Crestron Mercury. Instructions for using the Crestron Mercury devices in room 210 and 261 for a Zoom meeting.

IBG Building Security

Live feeds are available at the three entrances of the main IBG buildings. If the screen is black, it may need to be turned on. Press the power button which is hidden on the back of the display at the bottom about three inches from the right side of the screen. If there are other problems please contact Jeff Lessem.
