Computing Instructions

Change the password used to access IBG file shares and IBG email

• Web based password change with Roundcube this can be used even if you do not use Roundcube for email

Use the Crestron Mercury devices for a Zoom meeting.

Calendars

IBG Events Calendar

• Instructions for using and accessing the IBG Events calendar.

CU Events Calendar

• Submit an event to be included in the CU Events calendar
  • Login with your identikey (or one of the other validations accepted)
    • If necessary, accept sharing your Federated identity with Localist
  • Enter all required information, and as much other details as available
  • At the bottom of the form for "Group" select Institute for Behavioral Genetics from the dropdown list
  • A calendar administrator will then either approve your event, or contact you for more information
