2026 practicals file collection

The files used in the practicals are available for browsing and download at https://ibg.colorado.edu/cdrom2026/.

All of the practical files can be downloaded in a single zip file, and data in second zip file. The practicals zip file is about 0.9GB in size and expands to 2.1GB when unzipped; the data zip file is about 1.2GB and expands to 2.6GB.

Participants in the 2026 course were sent an email with a unique link to download their personal files.

Software used at the Workshop

  • Instructions for downloading and installing R are available on the R-Project home page.
  • RStudio is available from Posit. The Workshop used the free version of RStudio.
