The Graduate Teacher Program currently offers two certificates and one credential in college teaching and future faculty development:

The Certificate in College Teaching (CCT) helps graduate teachers develop a confident classroom presence, good interactional skills, and a firm foundation in college teaching. Graduate students must teach for two semesters to pursue this certificate.

The Future Faculty Development Certificate (FFD) offers graduate students the opportunity to pursue a project on teaching at the college level under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Graduate students are not required to teach to pursue this certificate.

The Pursuing Excellence in College Teaching Credential (CTC) allows graduate students whose programs do not offer opportunities for classroom teaching, or for those who are not able to complete the Certificate in College Teaching (CCT).
