As a student in the Environmental Engineering Undergraduate Program (EVEN program) at CU Boulder, you will combine coursework and hands-on experience from leading researchers and educators to earn a bachelor of science degree in an exciting field that is influencing the future of our world.

The EVEN program is a unique multidisciplinary collaboration from departments across our College of Engineering and Applied Science, with collaborations from Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering. Nearly two dozen faculty from these departments are affiliated with Environmental Engineering, teaching classes and conducting research across a broad array of environmental topics including air quality, ecology, water resources management and treatment, remediation, chemical processing, and energy.

Our BS degree in Environmental Engineering is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
