There are other pathways for specialization in environmental engineering:
- In the Civil Engineering degree Program at both graduate and undergraduate level, a specialization in environmental engineering is also possible: graduate (http://www.colorado.edu/ceae/research-facilities/environmental-engineering) and undergraduate (http://www.colorado.edu/ceae/prospective-students/undergraduate-studies/environmental-engineering).
- In addition, the Mechanical Engineering Program offers a focus on Air Quality for the graduate students (http://www.colorado.edu/mechanical/research/focus-areas/air-quality) and an Environmental Option for the undergraduate students (http://www.colorado.edu/mechanical/current-students/undergraduate/curriculum/environmental).
