EVEN Program Student Positions

Each semester the Environmental Engineering (EVEN) Program seeks student employees in the areas of program administration. These student hourly roles are filled on an as-needed basis each semester. Student Assistants

Undergraduate and graduate student assistant opportunities are available in the Program with administrative and communications work such as:

Front Line Operations

  • Answering general email inquiries
  • Assisting with room reservation requests
  • Providing administrative support for EVEN Program & Office operations
  • Data entry, updating records, etc.

Marketing / Communications

  • Posting organic social media content, report on metrics
  • Assist with website updates & maintenance
  • Updating alumni database
  • Provide logistical support for Program events (e.g. seminars & conferences)
  • Assist with marketing initiatives for upcoming events

Pay rates start at $16 / hour

Student hourly positions are not permanent employees and hired on a semester-by-semester basis. This position is eligible for employee sick leave earned monthly on a prorated basis. The Environmental Engineering (EVEN) Program does not provide internships.
