Admissions

All admissions to our program are handled through the CU Boulder Admissions Office. You can visit their website for information for prospective students.

The College of Engineering and Applied Science sets the admissions criteria for new freshmen and transfer students. Courses guaranteed to transfer from community colleges in Colorado into EVEN major requirements are listed on our community college pathways page.

If you are already enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder but not in the College of Engineering and are interested in becoming an EVEN student, you need to go through the Intra-University Transfer process. 

The Environmental Engineering Program cannot influence the admissions process and when you apply we do not even receive any information about you until you are accepted.
