Electrical, Computer & Energy Engineering Department News - April 2023
Our 85 graduating students have been hard at work on their senior capstone design projects since the fall semester. Join them Friday, April 28, as they demo new inventions and technologies, including:
- A portable, low-cost electrosurgical unit
- An automated traffic preemption system that guarantees emergency responders' safety and swiftness at intersections
- A safe, energy-efficient device designed to attract and kill mosquitoes
- A smart indoor air-quality control system that will better protect a tribal community by filtering air particulates and pathogens
This event is family-friendly and open to the public from 2-5 p.m.!
Interested in judging senior capstone projects?
Instructor Eric Bogatin invites all ECEE alumni to help with judging from 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. As a judge, you would evaluate three assigned teams using a simple form. The winning team will receive a special award at Expo and be honored at a special event later that evening.
If you are interested, please email eric.bogatin@colorado.edu to sign up.
