30 credit hours of graduate-level coursework are required, this is typically 10 courses.
Five core courses in High Speed Digital Engineering are required:
ECEN 5224 High Speed Digital Design,
ECEN 5514 Principles of EM for HSDE,
ECEN 5524 Principles of Computational Electromagnetics for Signal and Power Integrity,
ECEN 5534 Measurement Techniques for Signal Integrity,
ECEN 5730 Fabrication and Measurement Techniques for High Speed Printed Circuit Board Design and Debugging
Of the remaining five courses, at least two must be approved High Speed Digital Engineering technical electives.
