This form is intended for anonymous feedback related to your experience in the Department of Electrical, Computer & Energy Engineering. It is intended to address issues of department culture, leadership and policy, as well as constructive feedback, both positive and areas of needed improvement. Your submission will be received by the staff co-chair of the department's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Once submitted, the content will be reviewed and  forwarded to the appropriate department lead or committee to address, as appropriate (i.e. a concern about a course will be directed to the associate chair for education, who will then contact the faculty member of the course to resolve the issue). Because submissions are anonymous, we cannot report back about the outcome, but we do address every message that is received and work to find a solution.

If you are comfortable doing so, the more information you can provide is beneficial. For example, if you are providing feedback related to a course, please provide the course number or instructor name. Information that defines the scope of your message will assist us in ensuring your specific comment can be addressed.
