Get the most out of your CMCI experience.
Getting involved and connecting with peers is an important part of the college experience.
We offer student media outlets and clubs, so students can gain hands-on experience and develop connections along the way. CMCI students plan events like TEDxCU, produce sports broadcast shows, write for our award-winning online news source, pitch advertising and public relation campaign ideas to real companies, network with professionals and alumni in their fields, compete in national student competitions, get published in local news outlets and foster community dialogue.
The College of Media, Communication and Information offers a number of automatic consideration merit scholarships for freshmen and over 25 scholarships for continuing students that require an application.
Prospective freshmen are automatically considered for CMCI Merit Scholarships based on the strength of their admissions application. Awards are made in conjunction with the CU Boulder Esteemed Scholars Program as well as the Presidential Scholarship.
Thanks for your interest in CU Boulder’s College of Media, Communication and Information. We welcome your questions or comments and will respond as quickly as possible.
