June is National Pride Month

Every year we celebrate our LGBTQ+ communities during Pride Month in June and LGBTQ+ History Month in October.

As our country continues to grapple with an increase in anti-LGBTQ legislation and sentiments, we are committed to provide support for those communities who have been the most impacted.

Welcome Wednesdays at the Rec

Free access to the Rec Center for all Buff OneCard holders on Wednesdays from June 7 through Aug. 2, 2023!

Must present Buff OneCard to enter. No programs, services or equipment are included with this promotion.
Guests and visitors must pay a daily use fee of $10.

 

Importance of taking vacation time

Scheduling vacation time offers many benefits, yet stepping away from work responsibilities can feel challenging for many people. Research shows that over half of workers in the U.S. leave vacation time unused each year. CU Boulder leadership encourages our faculty and staff to take time off to recharge.

 

Community Acupuncture Clinics

Rejuvenate & reboot for spring wellness! This group treatment is internationally recognized to help reduce stress and anxiety and promote relaxation.

Clinic Times:

  • May 24, June 14, June 28, July 12 and July 26
  • 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Wardenburg Health Center
  • $15 for one 30-minute session

The Administrative Services team oversees all aspects of medical insurance, billing and medical records at CU Boulder.

Faculty & Staff Assistance Program

The Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. All FSAP staff are trained as generalist counselors and equipped to deal with various personal and work-related issues. You must be a CU Boulder employee to use FSAP services, and services are at no cost to all CU Boulder faculty and staff members.

Provides outreach programming and education on a variety of health topics to help students make informed decisions about their health.

Office of Victim Assistance

Provides free and confidential information, consultation, support, advocacy and short-term counseling services for students, graduate students, faculty and staff who have experienced a traumatic, disturbing or life-disruptive event.

The Apothecary is a full-service pharmacy on campus that also offers a complete selection of vitamins, minerals, herbals and other over-the-counter medications.

Provides a supportive student community, free support meetings, sober social events, recovery coaching, resources and referrals.
