Counseling & Psychiatric Services
Counseling & Psychiatric Services (CAPS) is here to support you through whatever you're facing, whether it's stress, anxiety, relationships or just feeling overwhelmed. You don’t have to go through it alone—CAPS offers free, confidential help like therapy, crisis support, workshops and wellness resources right on campus.
Health Promotion
Health Promotion at CU Boulder helps you take charge of your well-being through free programs, peer coaching and events focused on mental health, stress, sleep, substance use and more. Medical Services
