Counseling & Psychiatric Services 

Counseling & Psychiatric Services (CAPS) is here to support you through whatever you're facing, whether it's stress, anxiety, relationships or just feeling overwhelmed. You don’t have to go through it alone—CAPS offers free, confidential help like therapy, crisis support, workshops and wellness resources right on campus. 

Health Promotion 

Health Promotion at CU Boulder helps you take charge of your well-being through free programs, peer coaching and events focused on mental health, stress, sleep, substance use and more. It’s all about giving you the tools and support to thrive—physically, emotionally and socially—while navigating college life. 

Medical Services 

Medical Services gives you access to healthcare right on campus at the Wardenburg Health Center—from primary care, checkups and prescriptions to sexual health, physical therapy and more. Medical Services delivers direct clinical care and treatment to support your physical health and recovery needs. 

Alcohol and Other Drugs 

Make safer, informed choices around alcohol and other drugs through education, resources and strategies that reduce harm and promote well-being. 

Buff Up Your Health 

Take charge of your well-being through proactive illness prevention, everyday wellness habits and easy access to campus health resources.
