You're Not Alone

At CU Boulder, mental health support is woven into the student experience. Whether you're looking for a quiet space to recharge, someone to talk to or tools to manage stress, there are resources across campus designed to meet you where you are. 

Peer wellness coaches are available to support students in setting goals, building healthy habits and navigating campus life, offering compassionate guidance from those who understand the student experience firsthand. 

The Center brings students together through powerful programs, helping everyone learn and grow, and supporting future leaders who value diversity, equity and social justice. 

The Collegiate Recovery Community offers a supportive space for students in recovery to connect, grow and thrive throughout their college experience. 

The Buff Pantry offers students access to nutritious food and essential resources, supporting their well-being throughout the academic year. 

The Center for Student Involvement helps students get involved on campus through events, leadership programs, and support for student organizations. It’s a great place to meet people, explore interests, and build community. Check out BuffConnect, CU Boulder’s online platform where students can browse or start organizations and find events. 

Student Outreach, Advocacy & Support is available to provide individualized assistance to CU Boulder students. Case managers connect students with campus partners, community resources and support systems, while also building a trusting relationship and coaching them toward self-advocacy. 

Drop-in hours at Counseling & Psychiatric Services provide students with a convenient confidential opportunity to speak with a counselor for support, guidance, or simply a listening ear—no appointment necessary. 

Drop-in hours at the Office of Victim Assistance provide students with immediate, no-appointment confidential support for trauma/incident-specific counselling, advocacy, and/or guidance from trained advocate counselors whenever they need it most.
